Joining the company in 2007, Mr. Đoàn Văn Hiểu Em represents the second generation of leadership at DMX. He rose through the ranks from within, gaining deep insight into the company’s operational DNA through key roles in Finance, Accounting, and Business Development.

With an innovative mindset coupled with strong execution capabilities, he was appointed CEO in September 2018 and elected to the Board of Directors in November 2021. He has demonstrated agility in adjusting strategies to market shifts and decisively implemented restructuring initiatives to enhance business efficiency, thereby sustaining DMX’s market leadership and long-term competitiveness. He currently also serves as a Board member of MWG.

Joining the company in 2008, Mr. Vũ Đăng Linh brings extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held multiple key positions and played a pivotal role in building and standardizing the financial management system, laying the foundation for the company’s sustainable growth.

He served as Chief Financial Officer of DMX from April 2013 and was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2025. He currently holds dual roles as Board member and CEO of MWG, where he plays a central role in coordinating the group’s financial strategy and governance across the entire system.

Mr. Robert Alan Willett is an international retail expert with decades of experience, having served as CEO of Best Buy International, one of the world’s largest consumer retail corporations.

Since 2011, he has accompanied MWG and DMX, strongly instilling a culture of “Customer-Centricity” and acting as a strategic bridge to bring modern retail management standards to the company. His contributions have been instrumental in elevating service quality and shaping a benchmark customer experience at DMX. In November 2025, he was elected to the Board of Directors of DMX. He currently also serves as a Non-Executive Board member, responsible for ESG at MWG.

Mr. Đỗ Tuấn Anh has a multidisciplinary academic background and extensive experience in operations and supply chain management—critical pillars of large-scale retail models. He previously served as Head of Supply Chain at DMX (2007–2021) and as CEO of Toàn Tín Logistics (2022–2023).

In January 2026, he was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. He does not hold any executive role, is no longer employed by the company, and owns no shares, thereby ensuring independence, transparency, and adherence to corporate governance standards.

Mr. Võ Hà Trung Tín has over 14 years of hands-on experience in large-scale retail operations and people management. He directly participated in managing and implementing core business activities during DMX’s rapid expansion phase. Previously, he served as Senior Sales Director at DMX, overseeing nationwide retail operations.

As of January 2026, he was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. He does not hold any executive role, is no longer employed by the company, and owns no shares, thereby ensuring independence, transparency, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
