DMX To Hold Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholders: Dividend Payout & Bond Issuance Plans

Dien May Xanh plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on October 29, 2026, to approve the dividend payout plan and the private placement of bonds with warrants.

Dien May Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company (Ticker: DMX, HoSE) has just announced the Board of Directors' Resolution on convening the 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Accordingly, Dien May Xanh expects to hold the EGM on October 29, 2026, in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation; the meeting location will be specifically notified in the invitation letter and meeting documents. The record date to finalize the list of shareholders attending is October 5, 2026.

The meeting agenda aims to approve the cash dividend payment plan from undistributed profits of 2026; the plan for issuing privately placed bonds with warrants; and other matters assigned by the Board of Directors to be included in the meeting agenda.

Dien May Xanh also assigned the Chairman of the Board of Directors to direct and decide on the contents, documents, venue organization, and other details, and to notify shareholders in accordance with regulations.

In another development, recently Mr. Vo Ha Trung Tin, Member of the Board of Directors of Dien May Xanh, registered to buy 100,000 DMX shares for personal investment purposes.

Before executing the transaction, Mr. Tin did not own any DMX shares. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Tin will own 0.00788% of the charter capital and become a shareholder of Dien May Xanh.

Along the same lines, Mr. Doan Van Hieu Em, General Director of Dien May Xanh, also registered to purchase 732,000 DMX shares from September 10, 2026, to October 9, 2026, to increase his ownership. The transaction is expected to be executed via matching orders and/or negotiated methods.

If the share purchase is successful, Mr. Doan Van Hieu Em will increase his ownership from 4.1 million shares to 4.83 million shares, equivalent to an increase in ownership ratio from 0.32% to 0.38% of Điện Máy Xanh's capital.

Previously, Mr. Doan Van Hieu Em bought 268,000 DMX shares via order matching during the trading session on August 6, 2026. Consequently, the General Director of Dien May Xanh raised his ownership from 3.83 million shares to 4.1 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio increase from 0.302% to 0.32% of DMX's capital.

Regarding business performance, for the first 6 months cumulatively, DMX brought in net revenue of 65,280 billion VND, up 27% year-on-year, and achieved a profit after tax of 4,876 billion VND, up 73%.

This year, the company targets revenue of approximately 122,500 billion VND and profit after tax of around 7,350 billion VND; corresponding to increases of about 15% and 20% compared to the previous year, respectively. Thus, DMX has achieved 53% of its revenue target and 66% of its profit target.

As of June 30, 2026, total assets reached 75,886 billion VND; equity reached 22,677 billion VND, an increase of 27.4% compared to the end of 2025 thanks to capital mobilized from the IPO. Cash and short-term financial investment balances reached 44,670 billion VND, significantly higher than short-term loan debts (22,404 billion VND).
