Dien May Xanh has just launched a credit card policy with a credit limit of up to VND 100 million in the context that the chain's revenue from deferred payment purchases increased by 44% in the first 8 months of the year.

On September 24, VietCredit Finance Joint Stock Company, Dien May Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company (DMX), and National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) held a signing ceremony and launched the "TINCard 3-in-1" domestic credit card in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the TINCard 3-in-1 allows customers to open, manage, and use the card directly on Dien May Xanh's Qua Tang VIP (VIP Gifts) application. The card's credit limit reaches up to VND 100 million with a lifetime annual fee waiver.

The card features installment policies with 0% interest rate, 0% fee, and 0 dong down payment. Customers can use the card to purchase consumer electronics and technology products at Dien May Xanh.

The TINCard 3-in-1 also supports cash withdrawals via QRCash without using a physical card, while enabling payments via POS, QR codes, and online channels. The card is accepted at stores within the systems of Dien May Xanh, The Gioi Di Dong, TopZone, An Khang Pharmacy, AVAKids, and other merchant locations accepting domestic credit cards.

According to VietCredit, customers can complete the card opening process on the Qua Tang VIP application in 3 steps, with the issuance time introduced to take about 1 minute.

The move by an electronics retail chain to embed credit limits directly into a shopping platform demonstrates that retailers are increasingly expanding into financial services tied to consumer demand. Instead of merely competing on prices and promotional programs, enterprises gain an additional tool to reduce payment barriers for high-value items such as phones, computers, TVs, and household appliances.

Notably, the launch of the credit card takes place against the backdrop of deferred payment shopping making an increasingly large contribution to Dien May Xanh's revenue. In the first 8 months of 2026, the enterprise's revenue reached VND 87,050 billion, an increase of 29% year-over-year; specifically, revenue from deferred payment purchases surged by 44%, accounting for 38% of total revenue. The proportion of products eligible for this payment method also reached 97%.

These figures indicate that deferred payment is becoming a significant part of Dien May Xanh's retail operations, particularly for high-value product segments. Integrating a credit card product directly onto the system's application can help the enterprise further expand its payment and credit ecosystem right at the point of sale, rather than relying solely on existing deferred payment methods.

For buyers, a credit limit of up to VND 100 million enhances accessibility to high-value products without having to pay the full amount at the time of purchase. However, being granted a credit limit does not equate to receiving "free money" for shopping; customers still incur repayment obligations in accordance with the card's terms and conditions. Therefore, appropriate spending levels still depend on each individual's actual repayment capacity.
